I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
Please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order, and the product must be unused and in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
Can I return the product to BladesASAP?
No. Do not return merchandise to BladesASAP. All approved returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer. Returns sent to BladesASAP will be rejected and returned.
How do I get a return shipping label?
BladesASAP does not provide return shipping labels.Return shipping, insurance, and packaging costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us first to receive return instructions and an RMA.
What happens if my order included a free promotional item?
If your order included free merchandise or promotional goods, those items must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If they are not returned, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Will free shipping still apply if I return my order?
No. If your original order included free shipping, the initial freight cost will be deducted from any customer-initiated return for merchandise that is not damaged or defective.
