BladesASAP Return Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before any shipment is sent back.

Step 1

To begin any return, email [email protected] to request your RMA number before sending anything back.

General Return Terms
  • Return window is 30 days from receipt of your order.
  • A minimum 25% restocking fee may be applied depending on manufacturer policies.
  • There are no returns or refunds after 30 days from receipt, regardless of condition.
  • A full store credit may be offered in lieu of a restocking fee where applicable.
  • Return freight, insurance, and packaging are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All returns ship directly to the manufacturer. Do not send merchandise to BladesASAP — unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at the sender's expense.

Return Conditions

All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Merchandise must show no sign of use and must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • All accessories must be included — cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
  • All manufacturer documentation must be included — instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration materials, and other paperwork.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned once gassed or oiled. Once fueled, equipment must be taken to an authorized service center for any repair, which may be covered under warranty.
  • Custom, special order, non-stock, and clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable — including items ordered with a specific finish, color, or size, or items built to order.

No Returns After Installation

Verify color, size, and material carefully before installation. Once any material is installed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances — including items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Use = Acceptance

Installation of any product constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of that product. This policy applies without exception.

All Sales Final — Non-Returnable Items

The following installation items are final sale with no exceptions:

Adhesives
Underlayments
Wall Base
Grout / Thinset
Metal / Vinyl / Rubber Trim
Stair Treads / Risers
Shower Systems

The following brands only accept returns for confirmed defective material:

Ask your sales specialist before ordering whether your item carries an unconditional return policy, a restocking fee policy, or a no-return policy.

Free Shipping & Promotional Item Returns

Free promotional goods: If your original purchase included free merchandise or goods as part of a promotion, those items must be returned along with the purchased product to receive a full refund. Failure to return promotional goods will result in a deduction from your refund equal to the value of those items.

Free shipping orders: For orders that shipped with free shipping, the actual outbound freight cost will be deducted from any customer-initiated return where the merchandise is not damaged or defective. This freight cost does not appear on your original invoice — contact us before ordering if you need this figure in advance.

How to Process Your Return

Email [email protected] to request an RMA number. Do not ship anything before receiving your RMA.

Package the item securely in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship to the manufacturer's designated address (provided with your RMA). Use a carrier that provides proof of delivery and full insurance coverage for the shipment value. Do not ship to BladesASAP.

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed according to the applicable manufacturer policy.
Do Not Return to BladesASAP

Any merchandise shipped directly to BladesASAP without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. All return freight costs in that scenario are the sender's responsibility.
