What is BladesASAP.com's Return Policy?
ALL returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization)

General Return Terms
• Return window is 30 days from receipt of the order
• A minimum 25% restocking fee may be applied depending upon the
manufacturer policies.
• There are no returns/refunds after 30 days from receipt regardless of condition
• A full store credit may be an option in lieu of a restocking fee when applicable.
• Return freight, insurance and packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All returns will be sent back directly the manufacturer. Do NOT return
merchandise to BladesASAP as return will be rejected and sent back.
Return Conditions
• All merchandise must have no sign of use and in the original
unopened/undamaged packaging .
• All returns need to include all accessories including but not limited to cords,
carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All returns need to include all manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards,
registration information, and other documentation.
• Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
• Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned once they have been
gassed or oiled. Once machinery has been gassed or oiled equipment needs to be
taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
• Custom, special order, non stock or clearance items are non refundable and
nonreturnable. These include when a specific attribute is requested (finish, color, size)
or when an item is built to order.
• No Returns After Installation: Check color, size and material carefully before
installation. Once material is installed, it cannot be returned. Use equals acceptance.
This includes items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective.
• All SALES ARE FINAL on installation items such as Adhesives, Underalyments, Wall Base, Setting Materals (grout/thinset), Metal/Vinyl/Rubber Trim pieces, Stair Treads/Risers, Shower Systems. Brands such as Roppe, Tarkett, Flexco, Mapei, Laticrete, Paygren, Schluter, Mohawk and Shaw only accept returns in the case of defective material.
Free Shipping or Promotional Item Returns
Free Good/Shipping Promotion Returns:
If when you initially made your purchase and received Free merchandise/goods with
your purchase, you must additionally return said Free merchandise/goods along with
the item purchased to get full credit for your refund with us. If you do not return your
Free merchandise/goods, you will be ineligible for a full refund.
For items with free shipping:
The initial cost of freight will be deducted from any customer initiated return for
merchandise that is not damaged/defective.
