What should I do if damage is discovered after delivery?Updated a day ago

Concealed Damage

If damage to the product is discovered after opening the cartons, BladesASAP will file a concealed damage claim on your behalf. BladesASAP cannot be held responsible for the carrier’s final decision or the outcome of any concealed damage claim.

Please take photos of the damaged product whenever possible. Also, keep the damaged product and all original packaging so the carrier can inspect and assess the damage. If these items are not retained, it may be very difficult to recover the claim.

We recommend placing all damaged shipments in a designated area, as the claim process may require onsite inspection by the carrier and retention of the shipment until the claim is resolved.

Carriers may take 30–90 days to make a claim determination.

BladesASAP is not liable for carrier actions, including claim denials.
