BladesASAP is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Once the carrier updates the tracking information as delivered, the shipment is considered complete.
When expecting a delivery, please have someone available to accept the shipment during normal business hours. BladesASAP cannot be responsible if the delivery driver leaves the shipment with neighboring businesses or homes, in a lobby, on a front porch, or in a similar location.
Customers who believe their package was stolen should contact their local police department to file a police report and check whether their business or homeowners insurance may cover the loss.
Customers may also file a claim directly with the carrier; however, there is no guarantee of recovery or claim approval.
